All participants and their instructors receive Certificates of Achievement and Letters of Appreciation, regardless of their placement in the competition.
A result should not only be announced, but also presented in a way that reflects its significance. That’s why we create a unique design for the award documents of each competition, capturing the atmosphere and character of the project.
Our certificates and letters of appreciation include all the necessary details and provide official documentation of each participant’s achievements. They can be included in portfolios, used when applying to educational institutions, and serve as supporting documentation of teachers’ professional achievements during certification and evaluation.

Go to the Projects Schedule section, choose the competition you would like to enter, click Apply, and complete the online application form. This is your first step toward showcasing your talent.

After reviewing your application, we will send you an email within five days confirming your participation and providing all the necessary information.
2. Confirmation
If a participation fee applies, you will need to pay it by following the instructions provided. This helps us ensure the high-quality organization of the competition, provide professional evaluation of all entries, and prepare the award documents.
3. Participation fee
You are now officially a competition participant.
Once the submission period closes, our jury will carefully review all entries and make their final decisions. The competition results, along with a link to download your award documents, will be sent to you by email, published on our website, and shared on our social media channels.

How to participate?

The main document governing each competition or festival is the Competition Regulations. It contains the exact dates and deadlines, including the application period, the date when results will be published, and when award documents, prizes, and other materials will be provided.
The Regulations also provide detailed information about the participation process and requirements.
The document is always available to view and download in the Projects Schedule section, under the card for the relevant event. You can also request a copy from the Organizing Committee by email.

Applications for all events organized by our center are accepted exclusively online through a dedicated application form. To apply, go to the Projects Schedule section and click the Apply button located below the card for the event you wish to enter.
All applications submitted to our competitions are reviewed manually by our center’s specialists. As a result, each application requires some processing time. In most cases, applications are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days, after which a notification with the result is sent to the email address provided in the application form.
In some cases, processing may take longer due to a high volume of applications. If you have not received a response for an extended period, there is no need to worry that your application was not received or to submit it again. All submitted materials are recorded in our system and will be reviewed as soon as possible.
We also recommend checking your email’s Spam or Junk folder regularly, as messages may occasionally be filtered there automatically.
In some cases, processing may take longer due to a high volume of applications. If you have not received a response for an extended period, there is no need to worry that your application was not received or to submit it again. All submitted materials are recorded in our system and will be reviewed as soon as possible.

If your application is approved, you will receive an email confirming your participation. The email will include your assigned registration number and a personal link to pay the participation fee.
Payment links are generated through Robokassa. Using your personal payment link is the preferred and most secure payment method because it is linked to your specific application and ensures that your payment is properly recorded. When paying through your personal link, you do not need to send the Organizing Committee a copy of the receipt or any other proof of payment — the payment details are recorded automatically. The Organizing Committee assumes responsibility for any issues related to payments made through the personal link, such as payment processing delays or errors.
If you experience difficulties using the personal payment link, you may also pay by bank card directly to the Art Center. Please note, however, that this payment method carries a risk that the payment may be lost or not properly credited. The participant is responsible for any such risks.
